✔ Cancellation period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

✔ Return period: After the cancellation you have another 14 days to return the goods to us.

✔ Conditions for return:

• The items must be unworn and undamaged .

• The original packaging should be intact if possible.

• Personalized items or custom-made items cannot be exchanged.

✔ Germany, Austria & Switzerland:

• Return costs are borne by the buyer.

• If the goods are damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

✔ Rest of the EU:

• The customer bears the costs for return shipping.
